My journey to freedom

I always knew there was something more.
Even when everything seemed fine on the outside, a quiet voice inside kept whispering, "There’s more to life than this."

That subtle unrest had always been there, just beneath the surface.
Over time, it grew louder, impossible to ignore.
The discomfort I once downplayed became clear and insistent, calling for change.

This inner call led me to the East, where I immersed myself in ancient philosophies and spent time in Buddhist and Hindu monasteries.
At one point, in Australia, I felt an overwhelming need to turn inward and reconnect with nature.
I realized that, to truly meet myself, I had to step away from everything I knew and from everyone around me to let the masks drop.
I chose a simple life, living daily in a small van in Australia, free from distractions and responsibilities.

During this time, I began cultivating a more honest and intimate relationship with myself, learning to listen, to trust, and simply to be.
I realized that I was capable of far more than I had ever believed, and that the beliefs and judgments I held about myself could, in fact, be transformed.

Along the way, I discovered Thai massage in northern Thailand.
This experience eventually led me to Zenthai Shiatsu in Australia and, later, to Yoga in India.
These practices, along with the journey itself, profoundly transformed my life.
What once felt like pain and struggle became the very catalyst for growth and awakening.
I’m immensely grateful for the people I met, the cultures I encountered, and the teachings that helped me see connection, balance, and authenticity in a new light.

While I honor my path, I know the journey is far from over, and that Freedom isn’t a destination but a way of being that unfolds with every step.

Through daily practice, I reconnected with values that had been buried deep within me, and allowed myself to root in them.
Along with this came the realization that each of us is utterly unique, and that true wisdom doesn’t come from the outside; it arises from within.

This journey to Freedom allowed me to experience a deep sense of unity that transcends the physical and reshapes how I relate to myself and the world around me.

From this experience, the idea of creating a shared space was born, a space grounded in inner values, where we can inspire and support one another, guided by our most authentic selves.
A space to nurture a meaningful life, cultivating compassion, freedom, and inspiration, touching and uplifting the lives of our brothers and sisters as we walk each step together, on our way home.

Integrating healing practices

As a bodywork practitioner, I bring over a decade of experience, integrating my background in physiotherapy with the art of Zenthai Shiatsu and Yoga.

A dedicated movement practitioner for many years, I hold a master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy and spent three years working with a professional rugby team in Italy. Yet my true evolution began when I journeyed East — studying Traditional Thai Massage in Thailand, Zenthai Shiatsu in Australia, and Traditional Hatha Yoga in India.

Since then, I have travelled across Australia, Italy, and Portugal, guiding workshops and retreats, and sharing at festivals what has become a deep part of my life: a practice of presence, connection, and inner listening..
