With deep gratitude, I honour all those who have supported me and walked alongside me on this journey, the teachers who have shared their wisdom and dedication to the practice, particularly Gwyn Williams and Merryn Pennington; the wise ones and the spirit of the past, present and future for their guidance; and all the challenges I’ve met along the way.
