An active journey into the body
Like in life, what we resist tends to stay. Just as challenges, emotions, and unprocessed experiences can get “stuck” in our daily lives, so too can tension, stress, and discomfort become held in the body.
When we soften, breathe, and allow what arises to move through, it can finally release. The body often carries what the mind hasn’t yet let go of.
My bodywork practice is an invitation to breathe, soften, and meet what arises with awareness. As tensions melt and presence returns, a simple and grounded space opens, a moment to slow down, to listen, and to come back home.
The touch is deep yet gentle, fluid like water and grounded like the earth. Each session becomes a journey toward the center, where body and mind meet in the quiet of being.

My work blends the precision of Western physiotherapy with the depth of Eastern healing traditions, addressing the structural, emotional, and energetic layers of your being.
I hold a safe and non-judgmental space where emotional expression is welcome, from stillness to sound, from tears to trembling.
Everything that arises is part of returning to wholeness, inviting deep connection and supporting the nervous system to relax.
Through grounded touch and meridian-based work, I support the softening of the nervous system and the natural flow of Qi, allowing energetic blockages to release gently.
Each session is unique and shaped by your needs, either on a floor mat (Thai massage style) or on a traditional massage table.
What to expect
Each treatment begins with a short conversation to understand where you are physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Together, we set an intention and create a space of trust and receptivity.
Depending on the type of treatment, you may remain fully clothed, as in floor-based work like Zenthai Shiatsu, or be draped with a towel for table-based bodywork.
A session with me includes slowness, open space to let emotions and whatever wants to emerge, to do so.
The treatment unfolds through mindful presence, deep listening, and a blend of gentle and dynamic techniques, always guided by what your body is ready to receive.
Every session adapts to what your body brings that day, your breath, structure, energy, and the stories it holds.
