With deep gratitude, I honour all those who have supported me and walked alongside me on this journey: the teachers who have shared their wisdom and dedication to the practice, particularly Gwyn Williams and Merryn Pennington; the wise ones and the spirit of the past, present and future for their guidance; and all the challenges I’ve met along the way. I give thanks for every step and every lesson, and I feel privileged to share what I carry as both a profession and an affection.
