With deep gratitude, I honour all those who have supported me and walked alongside me on this journey, the teachers who have shared their wisdom and dedication to the practice, particularly Gwyn Williams and Merryn Pennington; the wise ones and the spirit of the past, present and future for their guidance; and all the challenges I’ve met along the way. I give thanks for every step and every lesson, and I feel privileged to share what I carry as both a profession and an affection.
